After having played for 7 minutes, Tadeo Omero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loreto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Omero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Tadeo Omero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isaias Urdin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tadeo Omero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. Isaias Urdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Omero in the 27th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonides Monico got free with Isaias Urdin in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tadeo Omero in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaias Urdin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Lepra Marplatense's goalkeeper Isaias Urdin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 43 minutes, Tadeo Omero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loreto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Omero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Loreto FC's zone, Cristobal Hermon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantino Fidencio came out of the goal and Cristobal Hermon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Patricio Refugio made the kick off in the second half. Tadeo Omero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Urdin having to interfere. After 55 played minutes Loreto FC got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Manni. If Tadeo Omero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salvador Tome's late challenge caught a Loreto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salvador Tome helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Loreto FC booed when La Lepra Marplatense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Tome didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaias Urdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Belmiro in the 88th minute of the match. When Leonides Monico came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Loreto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonides Monico couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Leonides Monico sped through La Lepra Marplatense's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isaias Urdin. Loreto FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
