Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute of the match Union y Cultura got a corner. Loreto FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucio Resto ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Union y Cultura's corner Lucio Resto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Constantino Fidencio quite easily take care of the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Erubiel Demario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Constantino Fidencio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tadeo Omero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victor Raymon having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Union y Cultura's Rene Fanuco got a free kick in the 15th minute. With a little luck, Union y Cultura's Victor Raymon got control of the ball when Leonides Monico tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Teodoro Celino fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Loreto FC's protests and gave Teodoro Celino a yellow card for diving instead. Teodoro Celino hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Guaberto Artizar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Leonides Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Arturo Lugo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Union y Cultura booed when Loreto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Belmiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Guaberto Artizar came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Union y Cultura fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Artizar couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Demario in the 31st minute of play forced Loreto FC's goalkeeper Constantino Fidencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Union y Cultura's Victor Raymon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Union y Cultura from getting a goal against them. In the 39th play minute Leonides Monico came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Victor Raymon. 1-1. After 43 played minutes Union y Cultura got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Resto. Victor Raymon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Omero in the 45th minute of the match. Leonides Monico took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victor Raymon. Victor Raymon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Guaberto Artizar succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 58th playminute. Guaberto Artizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Constantino Fidencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Arturo Lugo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonides Monico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Raymon having to interfere. In the 68th minute Leonides Monico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Raymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Leonides Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonides Monico might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victor Raymon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonides Monico ran back to his position shaking his head. Guaberto Artizar struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Constantino Fidencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Union y Cultura. After 80 played minutes Loreto FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Belmiro. Erubiel Demario kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Leonides Monico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Raymon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Monico, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Victor Raymon came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Loreto FC's Tadeo Omero. But to his dismay, Tadeo Omero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. If Leonides Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
