But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Eguen couldn't finish the play. Carolo Feliu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Eguen, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Carolo Feliu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matias Eguen's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rafael Castillo's zone, Ubaldo Rodriguez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Feliu came out of the goal and Ubaldo Rodriguez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Rafael Castillo's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Eguen came free, but Carolo Feliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rafael Castillo's Rafael Salvatore got a free kick in the 29th minute. Carolo Feliu came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Piratas CBA's Matias Eguen. But to his dismay, Matias Eguen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 37 played minutes Rafael Castillo got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Salvatore. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Danilo Uxio to make the kick off. Reynaldo Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Tuste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Piratas CBA getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nemesio Franco hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matias Eguen in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carolo Feliu saved Rafael Castillo from getting behind. Piratas CBA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by David Jaume in the 65th minute. A nice corner shot did that David Jaume got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carolo Feliu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 70 minutes into the match, Rafael Castillo's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Eguen came free, but Carolo Feliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piratas CBA's Reynaldo Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Uxio in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to Rafael Castillo getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Cayetano Kemen hit a great ball. Matias Eguen did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Carolo Feliu 77 minutes into the match. Cayetano Kemen hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Matias Eguen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carolo Feliu, 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Piratas CBA's Ubaldo Rodriguez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carolo Feliu. That made the score 0-4 after 89 minutes of play. After having played for 93 minutes, Matias Eguen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piratas CBA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matias Eguen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Piratas CBA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
