Spectators: 6982 (Terracing: 5482, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Gaspar Lain started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Gaztea got free with Cayetano Alvarez in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anier Tiadoro charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anier Tiadoro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A hard shot by Aristides Jago from long distance, 5 minutes into the match, got Cayetano Alvarez's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, Cuervo 46's Paolo Chuse got a free kick in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the game, Gaspar Lain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jaime Abadie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gaspar Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Cuervo 46 defense, Gaspar Lain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaime Abadie. The Cuervo 46 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaime Abadie should have stopped the shot. In the 21st match minute, Cuervo 46 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Michael to maneuver through the defense. If Gaspar Lain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gaspar Lain came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Liniers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Lain couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cuervo 46 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 48th minute. Penalty! In the 49th minute there was a penalty for Liniers. Tadeo Matteo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jaime Abadie. 0-4. The Cuervo 46 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Liniers were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paolo Chuse to strike the kick off in the second half. Ermegildo Alvarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liniers's Cayetano Alvarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Chorche in the 59th minute of play. Gaspar Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jaime Abadie made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Gaspar Lain sent off a good shot on target. Ermegildo Alvarez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jaime Abadie having to make a save. Jaime Abadie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaspar Lain in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaime Abadie saved Cuervo 46 from getting behind. The supporters of Cuervo 46 booed when Liniers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Bermudez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Leandro Hartz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cuervo 46's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liniers the free kick. Jaime Abadie came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Liniers's Gaspar Lain. But to his dismay, Gaspar Lain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 82nd minute, Adrian Adrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Cuervo 46's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Lain came free, but Jaime Abadie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermegildo Alvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jaime Abadie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ermegildo Alvarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gaspar Lain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jaime Abadie made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Gaspar Lain sent off a good shot on target. Nunez Gaztea kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Liniers's Gaspar Lain got a free kick in the 100th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Gaztea in the 101st minute of play forced Liniers's goalkeeper Cayetano Alvarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liniers's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
