APOCOLOCYNTOSIS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fredriksson the free kick. Gaudencio Gonzalez hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Fernando Lohitzun made a precise shot to the right of Rosendo Raymon. Fredriksson's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Benigno Bazkoare hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Rosendo Raymon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Lohitzun in the 13th minute of play. Fredriksson's Rosendo Raymon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Markel in the 16th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Fredriksson got a freekick which was hit by David Checa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Tavio in the 22nd minute of play forced APOCOLOCYNTOSIS's goalkeeper Paulino Fortun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in APOCOLOCYNTOSIS's zone, Benicio Bizen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Fortun came out of the goal and Benicio Bizen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the game, Lisandro Cordearo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fredriksson's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave APOCOLOCYNTOSIS the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fredriksson's Lisandro Cordearo got a free kick in the 24th minute. Fredriksson's Rosendo Raymon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Lohitzun in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute Fernando Lohitzun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Raymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, APOCOLOCYNTOSIS's goalkeeper Paulino Fortun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benicio Bizen. Rosendo Raymon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Vincent in the 37th minute of the match. Fredriksson's Rosendo Raymon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Nicholas in the 38th minute of play. After some careless play in the APOCOLOCYNTOSIS defense, Benicio Bizen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulino Fortun. The APOCOLOCYNTOSIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulino Fortun should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute, Roque Tavio made a precise shot to the right of Paulino Fortun. APOCOLOCYNTOSIS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

In the 55th minute Roque Tavio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Fortun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulino Fortun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roque Tavio went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Fredriksson's Benicio Bizen got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Fredriksson booed when APOCOLOCYNTOSIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Gonzalez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fidel Markel during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fidel Markel hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Fredriksson's Benicio Bizen got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fredriksson were furious when Lisandro Cordearo was red carded, 66 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 71 minutes Fredriksson's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Christian Chumo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led APOCOLOCYNTOSIS's Christian Chumo to fire away a dangerous shot which Rosendo Raymon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Fredriksson was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Tavio to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernando Lohitzun got free with Rosendo Raymon in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Fredriksson's Rosendo Raymon got control of the ball when Rolando Tohias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fernando Lohitzun kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Eduardo Nicholas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolando Tohias got free with Rosendo Raymon in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fredriksson fully deserved thier win.
