Luis Menendo charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luis Menendo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, Fassi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Menendo to maneuver through the defense. Domingos Hori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Severiano Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 played minutes, Bonpland's Lucas Ranolfo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Severiano Garaona came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bonpland reached it. Fassi AFC's Luis Menendo got his second yellow card of the match in the 34th minute. The referee ordered Luis Menendo off the ground. Luis Menendo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Bonpland's Paulo Bernad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severiano Garaona narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fassi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zacarias Selatse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the game, Amador Toli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bonpland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fassi AFC the free kick. Amador Toli hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Zacarias Selatse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Casimiro Tirso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Zacarias Selatse came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Fassi AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zacarias Selatse couldn't finish the play. After 89 played minutes Fassi AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Eutor. In the 95th minute, Domingos Hori got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
