Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mantero FC's Aquilino Tauro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in FC La Tenes Adentro's zone, Generoso Montay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualterio Pancho came out of the goal and Generoso Montay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aquilino Tauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Tauro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gualterio Pancho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Romeo Nevada blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicasio Elivareo having to make a save. Daniel Gutierrez's late challenge caught a FC La Tenes Adentro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Gutierrez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, Daniel Gutierrez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Mantero FC's zone, Jacobo Neto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicasio Elivareo came out of the goal and Jacobo Neto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24 played minutes FC La Tenes Adentro got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Polentzi. Aquilino Tauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Pancho having to interfere. After some careless play in the Mantero FC defense, Jacobo Neto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicasio Elivareo. The Mantero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicasio Elivareo should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Tauro in the 34th minute of play forced FC La Tenes Adentro's goalkeeper Gualterio Pancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prudencio Henry kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Daniel Gutierrez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Pancho having to interfere. In the 53rd match minute, Mantero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Gutierrez to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th match minute, FC La Tenes Adentro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Henry to maneuver through the defense. Gualterio Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Montay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gualterio Pancho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquilino Tauro's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 65th minute Generoso Montay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Pancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicasio Elivareo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Gualterio Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Tauro in the 74th minute of play. Mantero FC's Generoso Montay got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gualterio Pancho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Generoso Montay's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Aquilino Tauro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gualterio Pancho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Jacobo Neto struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Nicasio Elivareo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC La Tenes Adentro. In the 93rd minute Jacobo Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Elivareo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 played minutes Mantero FC got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Lico. Romeo Nevada's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nicasio Elivareo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
