Pablo Bernard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnulfo Tolino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Alejo Gorri when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Arnulfo Tolino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jamaica F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Tolino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejo Gorri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Benitez in the 11th minute of play forced Rolón FC's goalkeeper Alejo Gorri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 played minutes Rolón FC got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Rius. Virgilio Guib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Rius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgilio Guib didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jimeno Hondo went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 25 played minutes Jamaica F.C got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Urtungo. Jimeno Hondo took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgilio Guib. Virgilio Guib dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florencio Ilixo in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Virgilio Guib prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Florencio Ilixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Guib having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Rolón FC's Jimeno Hondo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virgilio Guib made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Virgilio Guib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Hondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Virgilio Guib didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florencio Ilixo went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Rolón FC's Alejo Gorri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Tolino in the 54th minute of play. Virgilio Guib stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florencio Ilixo's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Florencio Ilixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgilio Guib made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Jimeno Hondo sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th minute, Albano Boniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feliberto Richie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Guib having to interfere. In the 69th minute of the match, Florencio Ilixo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Virgilio Guib saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 73rd minute, Rolón FC's Florencio Ilixo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. After a rather tough play, Rolón FC's Florentino Rius got a free kick in the 76th minute. A collision led to Jamaica F.C getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Arnulfo Tolino hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Jamaica F.C's goalkeeper Virgilio Guib had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimeno Hondo. Florencio Ilixo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgilio Guib having to make a save. When Pablo Bernard fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rolón FC's protests and gave Pablo Bernard a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rolón FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Pablo Bernard hit a great ball. Rolón FC's Feliberto Richie got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Jimeno Hondo came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Rolón FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimeno Hondo couldn't finish the play. After 91 minutes of play, Rolón FC's Florentino Rius made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virgilio Guib was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 95 minutes, Feliberto Richie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rolón FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliberto Richie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 97th minute Albano Boniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Gorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolón FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
