Aguadita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Eder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Ignacio Beti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hipolito Karlo was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 34thth minute of the game Tomas Etxatxu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aguadita's Hugo Silvanito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 35 minutes, Ramon Eder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores HFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Eder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Aguadita's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Etxatxu came free, but Hugo Silvanito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Aguadita's zone, Ramon Eder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Silvanito came out of the goal and Ramon Eder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugo Silvanito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Krawczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Silvanito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Etxatxu's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Hugo Silvanito was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Tomas Etxatxu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Etxatxu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. After 55 minutes, Tomas Etxatxu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Defensores HFC and the Aguadita players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomas Etxatxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Etxatxu in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Silvanito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aguadita's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Tomas Etxatxu scored to the left of an out of position Hugo Silvanito, making the score, 0-3. Edgardo Bertol's late challenge caught a Aguadita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgardo Bertol helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, Defensores HFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Bertol to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the match, Defensores HFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Beti came free, but Hipolito Karlo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Cesaro in the 70th minute of play forced Defensores HFC's goalkeeper Hipolito Karlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
