In the 39th minute, Benigno Ishmael ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Llorian was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 45 minutes, Gualterio Ugaitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elordi AFC and the Lértora AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Elordi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Ugaitz to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Geleberto to make the kick off. Cipriano Llorian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Moise in the 92nd minute of play. The Lértora AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Elordi AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
