The Elordi AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulino Berriotxoa should have stopped the shot. In the 12th minute, Benigno Ishmael made a precise shot to the right of Gaudencio Laurin. Beltrán Pergamino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benigno Ishmael got free with Gaudencio Laurin in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonides Vasco hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Beltrán Pergamino's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gaudencio Laurin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Porfiro went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Gaudencio Laurin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Moise in the 57th minute of the match.
