Geronimo Ereinotz might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aquiles Jerold. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geronimo Ereinotz ran back to his position shaking his head. Geronimo Ereinotz scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquiles Jerold, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute, Justo Quintyn reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aquiles Jerold. The goal made the score 2-0. 13 minutes into the match, Eternal Losers's Albano Pero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquiles Jerold narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Geronimo Ereinotz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aquiles Jerold. The goal made the score 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Ramon Fidele managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eternal Losers's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramon Fidele was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquiles Jerold breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Genaro Sandalio hit a great ball. Aquiles Jerold was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ramon Fidele. DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C's Aquiles Jerold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Pero in the 27th minute of play. After 35th play minutes Albano Pero shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Aquiles Jerold and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Fidele in the 39th minute of play forced DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C's goalkeeper Aquiles Jerold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justo Quintyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Aquiles Jerold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Celedonio Herrera came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celedonio Herrera couldn't finish the play. Aquiles Jerold made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albano Pero in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santo Gomez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Albano Pero struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Aquiles Jerold didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eternal Losers. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Pero in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Jerold saved DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C from getting behind. Justo Quintyn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Tomás Jokin hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Pero in the 62nd minute of play forced DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C's goalkeeper Aquiles Jerold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquiles Jerold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Fidele in the 66th minute of the match. Hernan Iaki charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hernan Iaki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Eternal Losers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 73 minutes, DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C's Antonio Ekain got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Eduardo Leguizamón. Aquiles Jerold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Pero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aquiles Jerold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Ereinotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. If Eusebio Lucado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Geronimo Ereinotz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquiles Jerold was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. When Eternal Losers's Ramon Fidele in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Quintyn in the 87th minute of play forced DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C's goalkeeper Aquiles Jerold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C defense, Geronimo Ereinotz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquiles Jerold. The DEP. ALAMBRE DE PUA F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquiles Jerold should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Eternal Losers players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
