With a little luck, Boedo Argentina's Matias Errando got control of the ball when Albano Gaitano tried to sneak it across the goal line. 1-0 became the score in the 8th minute when Nestor Reynardo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Guañizul's Pedro Tolino got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, Albano Gaitano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Matias Errando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 17 in the game by Nestor Reynardo from a close distance when the talented Matias Errando managed to make a qualified save. Boedo Argentina's players were relieved. 21 minutes into the game, Albano Gaitano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matias Errando. Albano Gaitano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. In the 24th minute Pedro Tolino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Errando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boedo Argentina's Matias Errando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Navarro in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Navarro in the 28th minute of play forced Boedo Argentina's goalkeeper Matias Errando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boedo Argentina's Matias Errando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Gaitano in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to Boedo Argentina getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Eliseo Modestio hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Gilberto Herrera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Lázaro Castulo came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Boedo Argentina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Castulo couldn't finish the play. Nestor Reynardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Errando having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Lucio Petrigai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Boedo Argentina's zone, Pedro Tolino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Errando came out of the goal and Pedro Tolino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nestor Reynardo to strike the kick off in the second half. Albano Gaitano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matias Errando having to make a save. Guañizul's Pedro Tolino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matias Errando in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 56th minute Nestor Reynardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Errando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Tolino in the 59th minute of play. Guañizul's Ciriaco Navarro got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matias Errando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Gilesindo in the 61st minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Ciriaco Navarro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matias Errando was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a rather tough play, Boedo Argentina's Paulo Marz got a free kick in the 68th minute. Gilberto Herrera's late challenge caught a Guañizul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilberto Herrera helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Guañizul booed when Boedo Argentina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Herrera didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Nestor Reynardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Matias Errando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute, Eliseo Modestio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Tolino scored 9-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matias Errando, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Guañizul getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Albano Gaitano hit a great ball. Guañizul walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
