In the 15th minute, Gervasio Herauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximino Umea's late challenge caught a Shankar FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximino Umea helped the player get up and apologised. Maximino Umea hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When Uriel Victoro came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Shankar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uriel Victoro couldn't finish the play. Ruben Beti did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Ricardo Lidon 24 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Shankar FC's Maximo Heli got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute of the match Antonio Mincho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristian Byrrisen skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Yanimas 's Joel Castel got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ruben Beti was the one to do the kick off. Ricardo Lidon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Victoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Bone Less struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Ricardo Lidon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shankar FC. A collision led to Yanimas getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Manuel Heli hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute Bone Less shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Lidon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Breogan charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damian Breogan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ricardo Lidon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Beti in the 77th minute of the match. Ruben Beti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Lidon having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bone Less in the 81st minute of play forced Yanimas 's goalkeeper Ricardo Lidon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute Ruben Beti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Lidon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Shankar FC's Bone Less sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Lidon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ricardo Lidon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Beti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 97th minute of the match Damian Breogan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Damian Breogan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 98 played minutes Yanimas got a freekick which was hit by Damian Breogan. After recieving a nice pass, Shankar FC's Conrado Madaleno tried to score from far away in the 99th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Shankar FC fully deserved thier win.
