After a rather tough play, Kaizer Chiefs F.C's Salvador Deunoro got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute, Salvador Deunoro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kaizer Chiefs F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 16 minutes into the game, Teodoro Terciero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Entamoeba FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kaizer Chiefs F.C the free kick. In the 16th match minute, Entamoeba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Terciero to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Salvador Deunoro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedicto Joseph was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 19th minute, Tiburcio Bernard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teofilo Jokin struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Benedicto Joseph didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. The supporters of Entamoeba FC booed when Kaizer Chiefs F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Lauaxeta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Elias Quinto came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Entamoeba FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Quinto couldn't finish the play. After 40 played minutes, Entamoeba FC's Teodosio Cordera shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benicio Weterio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Entamoeba FC reached it. With 46 minutes on the clock, Cristian Blasco commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Salvador Deunoro made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Quinto in the 55th minute of play forced Kaizer Chiefs F.C's goalkeeper Benicio Weterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedicto Joseph made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Deunoro in the 59th minute of play. After 61 minutes of play, Entamoeba FC's Elias Quinto made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benicio Weterio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Benicio Weterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Quinto in the 67th minute of the match. Benicio Weterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Quinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 75 played minutes Kaizer Chiefs F.C got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Lauaxeta. 76 minutes into the match, Salvador Barto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benicio Weterio. Kaizer Chiefs F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvador Barto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Benicio Weterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Edur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benedicto Joseph made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Deunoro in the 89th minute of play. Elias Quinto scored 7-1 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benicio Weterio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Entamoeba FC had won after a very even match.
