Ivan Froylan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Luzea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Deportivo Glenn Hughes's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Sindo came free, but Conrado Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Glenn Hughes's Enzo Larpe got a free kick in the 18th minute. A collision led to Anillaco getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Natalio Honrio hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Virgilio Kinsen in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Conrado Marques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Saul Cordario's late challenge caught a Anillaco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saul Cordario helped the player get up and apologised. Conrado Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Kinsen in the 46th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Tadeo Sindo made the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Kinsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Virgilio Kinsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anillaco's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgilio Kinsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conrado Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute Anastasio Poncio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Froylan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Glenn Hughes's zone, Virgilio Kinsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Marques came out of the goal and Virgilio Kinsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Deportivo Glenn Hughes's goalkeeper Conrado Marques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernabe Jeraldo. Domingo Blasi charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domingo Blasi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. The Deportivo Glenn Hughes fans cheered their team off the field, for while Anillaco had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
