The supporters of Kaizer Chiefs F.C booed when Anillaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Gorosti didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Salvador Deunoro came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Kaizer Chiefs F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvador Deunoro couldn't finish the play. Benicio Weterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Sindo in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute Virgilio Kinsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Weterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benicio Weterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Sindo in the 18th minute of the match. After 21 minutes, Carlos Eufrasio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kaizer Chiefs F.C and the Anillaco players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlos Eufrasio hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Sindo in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benicio Weterio saved Kaizer Chiefs F.C from getting behind. Kaizer Chiefs F.C's Benedicto Ortle got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benedicto Ortle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Ivan Froylan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Benedicto Ortle came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ivan Froylan could save by the left post. 32 minutes into the match, Bernabe Jeraldo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Kaizer Chiefs F.C's Benicio Weterio. Benicio Weterio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute, Salvador Deunoro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kaizer Chiefs F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodolfo Millano during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Anillaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Millano to maneuver through the defense. Benicio Weterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Sindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Virgilio Kinsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Anillaco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Benedicto Ortle might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Froylan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedicto Ortle ran back to his position shaking his head. When Kaizer Chiefs F.C's Benedicto Ortle in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Anillaco's goalie prevented a goal. 63 minutes into the match, Anillaco's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Deunoro came free, but Ivan Froylan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Anillaco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kaizer Chiefs F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 79 minutes, Anillaco's Natalio Honrio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Benicio Weterio. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Salvador Deunoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kaizer Chiefs F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvador Deunoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Froylan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benicio Weterio made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Virgilio Kinsen sent off a good shot on target. Anillaco's Tadeo Sindo got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 97 minutes into the game, Tadeo Sindo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benicio Weterio. Tadeo Sindo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-7. Although Kaizer Chiefs F.C had been in control for most of the match, Anillaco still came away with the win.
