Romeo Nevada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Tavio in the 36th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Reposera Fc fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Reposera Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Efren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Corderall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Millo Parana booed when Reposera Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Estavan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romeo Nevada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Tavio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Reposera Fc's Cecilio Afonso got a free kick in the 95th minute. Alvaro Mosen struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Romeo Nevada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Millo Parana. Reposera Fc's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
