Jacobus Stolte made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Anibal Evangelista sent off a good shot on target. Anibal Evangelista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jacobus Stolte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SarmientoFC were furious when Astor Erramun was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Romeo Sotil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobus Stolte having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro George in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Ekain saved SarmientoFC from getting behind. 48 minutes into the match, SarmientoFC's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Belo came free, but Gabriel Ekain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 70th minute, Romeo Sotil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 played minutes SarmientoFC got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Evis. The supporters of SarmientoFC booed when Saldungaray FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Telmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romeo Sotil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jacobus Stolte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro George in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gabriel Ekain, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jacobus Stolte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Evis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Ekain made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Pedro George sent off a good shot on target. Romeo Sotil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobus Stolte having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Timoteo Flor managed to get in a good position for a shot. SarmientoFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Timoteo Flor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobus Stolte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Flor in the 96th minute of play forced Saldungaray FC's goalkeeper Jacobus Stolte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The SarmientoFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Saldungaray FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Saldungaray FC.
