One of Tifondeboyaca F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chiriguanos:s goal. If Jacobo Ipar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teo Martxel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Dominguez in the 19th minute of the match. Teo Martxel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Ipar in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 minutes, Pedro Dominguez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chiriguanos and the Tifondeboyaca F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Pedro Dominguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute Armando Mannuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo Martxel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Modesto Solustiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tifondeboyaca F.C's Teo Martxel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Mannuel in the 36th minute of play. In the 44th minute Jacobo Ipar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo Martxel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teo Martxel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Mannuel in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With splendid footwork Armando Mannuel arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-2 by the left pole in the game's 55th minute. In the 60th match minute, Tifondeboyaca F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Donio to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacobo Ipar got free with Teo Martxel in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Dominguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Teo Martxel made a huge save. After 70 played minutes Tifondeboyaca F.C got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Dalmau. Teo Martxel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Dominguez's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. If Pedro Dominguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Mannuel in the 76th minute of play forced Tifondeboyaca F.C's goalkeeper Teo Martxel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Jacobo Ipar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teo Martxel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Teo Martxel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacobo Ipar in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute, Juan Beturian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute Tifondeboyaca F.C were awarded a corner. Luciano Urbez went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Luciano Urbez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chiriguanos's Israel Daunte did a great save. 94 minutes into the game, Armando Mannuel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chiriguanos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tifondeboyaca F.C the free kick. The supporters of Tifondeboyaca F.C booed when Chiriguanos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Mannuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chiriguanos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
