After a rather tough play, Tifondeboyaca F.C's Modesto Solustiano got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 21st minute Alejo Dalmau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pastor Eladio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 22nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. 28 minutes into the match, Tifondeboyaca F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Lizardi came free, but Teo Martxel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teo Martxel came out of the goal in the 49th minute to try and stop a shot by Hiram Walker's Hector Osmundo. But to his dismay, Hector Osmundo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Hiram Walker's Ricardo Raymon was substituted for Paolo Guipuzkoa. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulises Lizardi to make the kick off. Hector Osmundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Teo Martxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pastor Eladio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Bidun in the 65th minute of the match. Pastor Eladio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Dalmau, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Teo Martxel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Otsoko, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Teo Martxel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulises Lizardi in the 72nd minute. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Maximino Gonchan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 88 played minutes Tifondeboyaca F.C got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Solustiano. Maximino Gonchan succeeded in the game's 89th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-6. Tifondeboyaca F.C's Teo Martxel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Raymon in the 92nd minute of play. Maximino Gonchan had several of the Tifondeboyaca F.C's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 94 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-7 score and a disappointed Teo Martxel as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Tifondeboyaca F.C booed when Hiram Walker was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Osmundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 100 minutes into the match, Hiram Walker's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Dalmau came free, but Pastor Eladio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 101 played minutes Hiram Walker got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Mantzio. Hiram Walker's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
