Cecilio Quilino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Gavino Kaxen made a huge save. Olimpo FC's Artemio Maurino got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gavino Kaxen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christian Erroman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. Leon Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Maurino, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After having played for 40 minutes, Christian Erroman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amuschina AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Erroman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Amuschina AFC's Christian Erroman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gavino Kaxen. That made the score 2-1 after 47 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnoldo Montrelle to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Arnoldo Montrelle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leon Pinto was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Christian Erroman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leon Pinto came out of the goal and Godfredo Meder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cecilio Quilino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Kaxen having to interfere. Gavino Kaxen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cecilio Quilino went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Humberto Guillelme's late challenge caught a Olimpo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Humberto Guillelme helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th minute, Humberto Guillelme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artemio Maurino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Pinto having to interfere. Olimpo FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
