Spectators: 7318 (Terracing: 5490, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arnoldo Montrelle took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Marcial Olando was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laferrere FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olimpo FC the free kick. In the 6th match minute, Laferrere FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Olando to maneuver through the defense. Godfredo Meder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Orlin having to interfere. Cleto Orlin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Montrelle went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Arnoldo Montrelle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cleto Orlin having to make a save. Cleto Orlin stood somewhat misplaced when Arnoldo Montrelle came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 23 minute. Eriberto Venceslas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Gavino Kaxen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Venceslas in the 31st minute of play forced Olimpo FC's goalkeeper Gavino Kaxen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnoldo Montrelle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Orlin having to interfere. Arnoldo Montrelle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Cleto Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Godfredo Meder came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Olimpo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Meder couldn't finish the play. Olimpo FC's Godfredo Meder got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rene Iratxo made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Godfredo Meder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olimpo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Godfredo Meder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Orlin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gavino Kaxen made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Eriberto Venceslas sent off a good shot on target. Rene Iratxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Olimpo FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Pascual Isaio hit a great ball. Arnoldo Montrelle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godfredo Meder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Orlin having to interfere. Fulgencio Edwardo hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Godfredo Meder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Cleto Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Olimpo FC got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Isaio. The long shot by Gonzalo Berto in the 97th minute really tested Gavino Kaxen's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.
