The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the BlaTiFoGa defense, Paulo Panpili kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luciano Oto. The BlaTiFoGa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luciano Oto should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Panpili in the 8th minute of play forced BlaTiFoGa's goalkeeper Luciano Oto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, BlaTiFoGa's goal looked a bit too open when Hayyam Aybar came free, but Luciano Oto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Xabat got a throw-in 14 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Hayyam Aybar. The audience was convinced that Paulo Panpili's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luciano Oto was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Luciano Oto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayyam Aybar in the 21st minute of the match. Luciano Oto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luciano Oto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Panpili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The BlaTiFoGa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 11 PERROS ® were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Panpili to make the kick off. Luciano Oto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Panpili in the 55th minute. Luciano Oto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Aureo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute.
