Kleopas Seeholzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Tauro in the 6th minute of play. Astor Lico struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Ricardo Odilon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Matera Fútbol Club. Astor Lico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Genaro Laurin kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Kleopas Seeholzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Tauro in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, La Matera Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Laurin came free, but Kleopas Seeholzer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Astor Lico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Adan Quilino fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uriburú's protests and gave Adan Quilino a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Uriburú getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Adan Quilino hit a great ball. Astor Lico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute Adan Quilino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kleopas Seeholzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Matera Fútbol Club's Kleopas Seeholzer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Laurin in the 42nd minute of play. Kleopas Seeholzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Tauro in the 43rd minute of play. Astor Lico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Ricardo Odilon made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Genaro Laurin to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Tauro got free with Kleopas Seeholzer in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 53 played minutes Uriburú got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Tauro. After a rather tough play, La Matera Fútbol Club's Julian Beti got a free kick in the 54th minute. Kleopas Seeholzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Quilino, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 86 minutes into the match, La Matera Fútbol Club's Astor Lico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Odilon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kleopas Seeholzer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nunez Tauro in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Genaro Laurin made a precise shot to the right of Kleopas Seeholzer. La Matera Fútbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Astor Lico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The La Matera Fútbol Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Uriburú's performance. The match ended with a win for Uriburú.
