The coaching staff of La Matera Fútbol Club protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aurelio Bernabel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 26th match minute, La Matera Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Bernabel to maneuver through the defense. Aaron Pere, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Kleopas Seeholzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Oliverio in the 74th minute of play. Herminio Dalmai's late challenge caught a La Matera Fútbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herminio Dalmai helped the player get up and apologised. Kleopas Seeholzer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Oliverio in the 79th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Soldevilla AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
