Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Norberto Azibar kicked off to start the match. Erubiel Raymundo charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erubiel Raymundo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 11 minutes into the game, Mercedes AFC's Norberto Azibar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luo Chao Shu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Caroya's zone, Norberto Azibar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luo Chao Shu came out of the goal and Norberto Azibar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carolo Laurendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Roman Ler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Oihan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Roman Ler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 22nd match minute, Caroya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Padro to maneuver through the defense. When Erubiel Raymundo came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Mercedes AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erubiel Raymundo couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Mercedes AFC's Froilan Naelio got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Rodolfo Oihan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Caroya's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Azibar came free, but Luo Chao Shu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Carolo Laurendi came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Caroya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carolo Laurendi couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Azibar in the 46th minute of play forced Caroya's goalkeeper Luo Chao Shu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Mercedes AFC were awarded a corner. Benedicto Frans went to the cornerflag to take it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodolfo Oihan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Caroya's zone, Norberto Azibar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luo Chao Shu came out of the goal and Norberto Azibar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 58 minutes of play, Caroya's Severino Pacorro made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Ler was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carolo Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roman Ler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Laurendi in the 62nd minute of play. Norberto Azibar scored 3-2 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luo Chao Shu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Caroya's Luo Chao Shu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Iztal in the 66th minute of play. Roman Ler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Oihan, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Rodolfo Oihan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Norberto Azibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Caroya's Rodolfo Oihan in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mercedes AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 95th minute Rodolfo Oihan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Ler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
