Urbano Gombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd minute, one of Drink Team FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Drink Team FC. Albino Mundo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After 56 minutes, Samuel Ikatz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Drink Team FC and the Vela Bola players grew even worse after the yellow card. 58 minutes into the game, Godofredo Nuñez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vela Bola's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drink Team FC the free kick. Ariel Katia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 63rd playminute. After having played for 70 minutes, Ariel Katia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vela Bola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ariel Katia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Vela Bola's Ariel Katia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nereo Aureo kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Pascual Lehior received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Fausto Berdoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Drink Team FC's Samuel Ikatz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fausto Berdoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vela Bola's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
