Lucio Liher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esteco. Drink Team FC's Lucio Liher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Aznaro in the 18th minute of play. After having played for 22 minutes, Uriel Aznaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esteco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uriel Aznaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gaudencio Giro fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Drink Team FC's protests and gave Gaudencio Giro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Drink Team FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Gualterio Aimar hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Uriel Aznaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Lucio Liher successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pascual Lehior blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marciano Efren having to make a save. After some careless play in the Drink Team FC defense, Oscar Toli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucio Liher. The Drink Team FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucio Liher should have stopped the shot. After 35 played minutes Esteco got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Corderro. If Gualterio Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Pascual Lehior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Eguntsenti kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, Esteco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Eguntsenti to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uriel Aznaro to strike the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascual Lehior couldn't finish the play. 62 minutes into the game, Serafin Osoitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Marciano Efren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abelardo Sansones short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Marciano Efren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gualterio Aimar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 79th match minute, Drink Team FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Aureo to maneuver through the defense. Lucio Liher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Aznaro in the 81st minute of the match. Lucio Liher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Toli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Drink Team FC's zone, Flavio Fanuco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucio Liher came out of the goal and Flavio Fanuco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute Pascual Lehior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Efren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafin Osoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Marciano Efren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteco were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Drink Team FC for a fine match.
