Spectators: 6003 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ariel Katia got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Norberto Azibar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fausto Berdoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Norberto Azibar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto Berdoi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Norberto Azibar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fausto Berdoi having to make a save. If Norberto Azibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Berdoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norberto Azibar's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. When Ariel Katia came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Vela Bola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ariel Katia couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Vela Bola's zone, Norberto Azibar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Berdoi came out of the goal and Norberto Azibar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Ambrosio Iztal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fausto Berdoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Fausto Berdoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Azibar in the 45th minute of play. Ambrosio Iztal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Ariel Katia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Roman Ler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Berdoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Azibar in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Mundo in the 62nd minute of play forced Mercedes AFC's goalkeeper Roman Ler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Vela Bola's goalkeeper Fausto Berdoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ambrosio Iztal. In the 66th minute Cesar Eate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Ler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute of the match Vela Bola got a corner. Mercedes AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albino Mundo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Albino Mundo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roman Ler quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 72nd minute, Robustiano Inko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norberto Azibar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roman Ler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Mundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Ambrosio Iztal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Fausto Berdoi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Azibar in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto Berdoi saved Vela Bola from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Norberto Azibar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fausto Berdoi. The goal made the score 0-4. After 88 played minutes Mercedes AFC got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Raymundo. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mercedes AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
