The supporters of Caroya booed when Sportivo Palmaditas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Lizer didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodolfo Oihan to make the kick off. Marciano Faro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Ladislao Sauveur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the game, Caroya's Severino Pacorro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marciano Faro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 79th minute, Rodolfo Oihan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marciano Faro was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Rodolfo Oihan put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marciano Faro. In the 91st minute, Rodolfo Oihan made a precise shot to the right of Marciano Faro. Sportivo Palmaditas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. When the referee ended the match the Caroya players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
