With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidro Cugat in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelino Cordeara saved Chañarense from getting behind. Blas Bautista walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 37th minute, Paolo Rafel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aureliano Kaxen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Angelino Cordeara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Kaxen in the 40th minute of play forced Chañarense's goalkeeper Angelino Cordeara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Chañarense's Jonatan Chano got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Isidro Cugat who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Angelino Cordeara when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Chañarense's Angelino Cordeara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Chañarense from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Aureliano Kaxen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelino Cordeara was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Mateo Quin took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauricio Faro. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Prospero Cordarrel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidro Cugat got free with Angelino Cordeara in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Isidro Cugat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Alavés's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Cugat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelino Cordeara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th match minute, Deportivo Alavés was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Emenon to maneuver through the defense.
