Norberto Azibar started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Ambrosio Iztal made a precise shot to the right of Luo Chao Shu. Caroya's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 12 minutes, Carolo Laurendi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caroya and the Mercedes AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carolo Laurendi kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Caroya's Carolo Laurendi got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Severino Pacorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, Caroya's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Azibar came free, but Luo Chao Shu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norberto Azibar scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luo Chao Shu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carolo Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norberto Azibar struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Luo Chao Shu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mercedes AFC. Severino Pacorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Ler having to interfere. Mercedes AFC's Norberto Azibar got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A beautiful save bye Caroya's goalie prevented a goal. Luo Chao Shu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Iztal in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mercedes AFC's zone, Carolo Laurendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Ler came out of the goal and Carolo Laurendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erubiel Raymundo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Mercedes AFC's Roman Ler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Oihan in the 49th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodolfo Oihan made a kick off. Rodolfo Oihan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Ler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Caroya's Luo Chao Shu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Azibar in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Severino Pacorro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Caroya's Rodolfo Oihan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roman Ler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carolo Laurendi scored 1-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roman Ler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Roman Ler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodolfo Oihan went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Miguel Bakar hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Rodolfo Oihan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Ler having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Rodolfo Oihan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 89 minutes of play, Caroya's Jeremias Berart made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Ler was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Caroya getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Severino Pacorro hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Caroya fully deserved thier win.
