After a rather tough play, Millán's Severo Oliverios got a free kick in the 11th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Feliciano Loren during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Esteban Rocendo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruben Eufrasio's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Alberto Matai took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Esteban Rocendo to make any attempt to save it. Alberto Matai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severo Lazcano hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. C.A. Rosario Central's Alberto Matai got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. C.A. Rosario Central's Luciano Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Ebardo in the 34th minute of play. If Uriel Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luciano Matxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Ebardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruben Eufrasio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Froilan Resto hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Severo Lazcano hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Esteban Rocendo was a little too slow when Ruben Eufrasio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 4-0. 48 minutes into the match, Alberto Matai notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Millán's Esteban Rocendo. Esteban Rocendo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

57 minutes into the game, Alberto Matai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Esteban Rocendo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ruben Eufrasio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Millán's zone, Ruben Eufrasio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteban Rocendo came out of the goal and Ruben Eufrasio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Matai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ruben Eufrasio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 81st minute Ruben Eufrasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Rocendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Segundo Francia kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. C.A. Rosario Central's Luciano Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Cordarrell in the 84th minute of play. Siro Ostots kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Alberto Matai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Rocendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Ebardo in the 91st minute of play forced C.A. Rosario Central's goalkeeper Luciano Matxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Alberto Matai managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Rosario Central's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Matai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteban Rocendo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that C.A. Rosario Central were the better team. C.A. Rosario Central's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
