The penalty shot was made by Zeledon Florin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of La Academia's Francisco Bitxintxo. 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, La Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Mateus came free, but Francisco Bitxintxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Baladi kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Francisco Bitxintxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Mateus in the 20th minute of the match. Leon Ourente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Gilberto Garaile made a huge save. If Isaac Baladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Segundo Orlo during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Segundo Orlo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Honorato Mateus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Bitxintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ezequiel Lastur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Mateus in the 34th minute of play forced La Academia's goalkeeper Francisco Bitxintxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Ezequiel Lastur left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Niupi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 68th minute, Enzo Calixto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisco Bitxintxo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. With a little luck, La Academia's Francisco Bitxintxo got control of the ball when Ezequiel Lastur tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ezequiel Lastur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Francisco Bitxintxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enzo Calixto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the match, La Academia's goalkeeper Francisco Bitxintxo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Lastur. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Honorato Mateus in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Bitxintxo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 91 minutes, Ezequiel Lastur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niupi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Lastur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enzo Calixto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Niupi FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than La Academia throughout the match.
