The audience thought a goal was coming when Ezequiel Lastur got free with Esteban Rocendo in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Feliciano Loren hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the match, Millán's goalkeeper Esteban Rocendo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Lastur. After 56 played minutes, Niupi FC's Zeledon Florin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Esteban Rocendo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Reynaldo Maore charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilberto Garaile prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute, Honorato Mateus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uriel Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niupi FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Millán for a fine match.
