Millán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uriel Cordarrell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 严星天 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uriel Cordarrell in the 15th minute. When Dante Ebardo came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Millán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dante Ebardo couldn't finish the play. Uriel Cordarrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 严星天 having to interfere. Esteban Rocendo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Perutxo in the 29th minute of the match. Uriel Cordarrell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but 严星天 made a huge save. In the 48th minute, Uriel Cordarrell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Millán fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dante Ebardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Rinconada getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Fidel Precioso hit a great ball. 严星天 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Ebardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Uriel Cordarrell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Many of Rinconada's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Rinconada may have spent more time on the ball, but Millán were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
