Bernardo Erruki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mauricio Transito came out and tried to block the shot, but Bernardo Erruki slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 24th minute. In the 30th minute Bernardo Erruki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Transito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Modesto Eneto fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Las Heras's protests and gave Modesto Eneto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute, Modesto Eneto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ardiles's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Tobias Llorian scored to the left of an out of position Mauricio Transito, making the score, 2-0. When Tobias Llorian fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Las Heras's protests and gave Tobias Llorian a yellow card for diving instead. Tobias Llorian kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geronimo Solustiano to make the kick off. Mauricio Transito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Erruki's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Tobias Llorian kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Ardiles were furious when Abelardo Manny was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ardiles fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! 70 minutes into the match, Ardiles's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Erruki came free, but Mauricio Transito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ardiles booed when Club Las Heras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Llorian didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Edgardo Uxio fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Las Heras's protests and gave Edgardo Uxio a yellow card for diving instead. Edgardo Uxio hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Bernardo Erruki made a precise shot to the right of Mauricio Transito. Ardiles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 94th minute, Teodoro Honrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ardiles players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Club Las Heras.
