The crowd rose to their feet as Freddy Dayam kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnaldo Ciceron. That made the score 2-1 in the 28 minute of play. In the 30th minute, Freddy Dayam fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arnaldo Ciceron, passed just outside the right post. Arnaldo Ciceron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Dayam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ANKARA FC's Romeo Leheren got a free kick in the 36th minute. Arnaldo Ciceron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibor Laczkó in the 40th minute of the match. ANKARA FC's Arnaldo Ciceron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save ANKARA FC from getting a goal against them. Emilio Palladino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Ciceron having to interfere. Samuel Criston could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 49th minute of the match, but Arnaldo Ciceron made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Javier Rio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without António Roma having to make a save. The attack was good, but when Eliseo Neron in the 63rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. António Roma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseo Neron in the 65th minute. Gustavo Abadia kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 70th match minute, Depor Los Pinos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Palladino to maneuver through the defense. Arnaldo Ciceron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Criston in the 72nd minute of the match. After 73 minutes of play ANKARA FC's Romeo Leheren was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Arnaldo Ciceron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Criston, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Depor Los Pinos's Mariano Reyes was substituted for Gavino Ekialde. Arnaldo Ciceron didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Criston went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Depor Los Pinos fully deserved thier win.
