Lucio Berto charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucio Berto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lucio Berto hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After 7 minutes of play, Quimilí's Eusebio Turi made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rigoberto Pancho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Inocencio Matia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Rigoberto Pancho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ovidio Lander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rigoberto Pancho was a little too slow when Ovidio Lander got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-1. Eusebio Turi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Pancho having to interfere. Lucio Berto was shown his second yellow card after 31 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 32nd minute, Lucio Berto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Nunez Artizar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quimilí's supporters rose to their feet, but Nunez Artizar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rigoberto Pancho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Eusebio Turi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rigoberto Pancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Cheche, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inocencio Matia in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rigoberto Pancho prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niceto Haimar to make the kick off. Rigoberto Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Matia in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Eusebio Turi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Inocencio Matia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quimilí's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Matia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rigoberto Pancho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eusebio Turi scored 3-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rigoberto Pancho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64thth minute of the game Florencio Lopez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fracrán's Rigoberto Pancho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th match minute, Quimilí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Cheche to maneuver through the defense. Ovidio Lander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ovidio Lander struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Rigoberto Pancho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quimilí. Fracrán's Rigoberto Pancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Lopez in the 73rd minute of play. In the 78th minute, Laureano Milian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natalio Bixintxo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cornelio Blasi during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Quimilí booed when Fracrán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Blasi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fracrán's Rigoberto Pancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Matia in the 84th minute of play. Rigoberto Pancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Turi in the 87th minute of the match. After 94 minutes, Guido Abad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fracrán and the Quimilí players grew even worse after the yellow card. Guido Abad kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Quimilí's Javier Matro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 98th minute, Guido Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Quimilí had played much better football throughout.
