Evelio Cordarin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ovidio Lander's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Buchardo's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Turi came free, but Evelio Cordarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusebio Turi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Cordarin having to interfere. Laureano Milian might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evelio Cordarin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laureano Milian ran back to his position shaking his head. Omar Beti kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Buchardo's Ovidio Benet got his second yellow card of the match in the 44th minute. The referee ordered Ovidio Benet off the ground. Ovidio Benet hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Evelio Cordarin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Turi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eusebio Turi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Evelio Cordarin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eusebio Turi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 53 minute of play. Eusebio Turi took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evelio Cordarin. Evelio Cordarin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 60 minutes, Ceferino Txeru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buchardo and the Quimilí players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ceferino Txeru hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Ceferino Txeru kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidio Lander in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evelio Cordarin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Evelio Cordarin made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Eusebio Turi sent off a good shot on target. Ovidio Lander might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evelio Cordarin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ovidio Lander ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Buchardo's zone, Eusebio Turi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evelio Cordarin came out of the goal and Eusebio Turi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Gutierrez in the 82nd minute of play forced Quimilí's goalkeeper Edgardo Breogan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Laureano Milian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the game, one of Quimilí:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the final whistle sounded Quimilí left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Buchardo.
