An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Ermengol in the 12th minute of play forced C.A. Bilardini's goalkeeper Efrain Niva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lázaro Gonza hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Urbano Txaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 20th minute, Ciriaco Nesor made a precise shot to the right of Luisito Ermano. Libertad's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 25th minute Lisandro Ermengol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Niva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A. Bilardini's Efrain Niva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Atauri in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Libertad's zone, Urbano Txaran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisito Ermano came out of the goal and Urbano Txaran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 31 in the game by Ciriaco Nesor from a close distance when the talented Luisito Ermano managed to make a qualified save. Libertad's players were relieved. Efrain Niva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Juvenal in the 32nd minute of the match. Urbano Txaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Luisito Ermano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Ciriaco Nesor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luisito Ermano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 48th minute, Lisandro Ermengol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciriaco Nesor to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, C.A. Bilardini's Eleuterio Lauren got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 53rd minute, Desiderio Dalmau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Efrain Niva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Atauri, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Luisito Ermano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Nesor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 61 minutes, Bernardo Juvenal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Libertad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Juvenal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luisito Ermano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciriaco Nesor's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 74th minute Ciriaco Nesor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisito Ermano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Segundo Atauri struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Efrain Niva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Libertad. Lázaro Gonza hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes Segundo Atauri rounded C.A. Bilardini's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. The audience was convinced that Ciriaco Nesor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luisito Ermano was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. In the 89thth minute of the game Ciriaco Nesor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Libertad's Luisito Ermano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luisito Ermano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Nesor in the 93rd minute of the match. Urbano Txaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisito Ermano having to interfere. There was no doubt that C.A. Bilardini were the better team. C.A. Bilardini's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
