Herminio Lalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Hector Estevon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Estevon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Lalla in the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Placido Luzea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cambaceres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pinamar the free kick. After 18 played minutes Cambaceres got a freekick which was hit by Placido Luzea. When Herminio Lalla came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Cambaceres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herminio Lalla couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, Leon Idacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dario Laurentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 30 minutes into the game, Daniel Firman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pinamar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cambaceres the free kick. If Herminio Lalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Pirmin kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Dario Laurentzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 40 played minutes, Cambaceres's Simon Orlin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hector Estevon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cambaceres reached it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Afonso to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Pinamar's zone, Dario Laurentzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Estevon came out of the goal and Dario Laurentzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Ruy took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Aurken. Flavio Aurken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 63rd play minute Dario Laurentzi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Hector Estevon. 1-2. Herminio Lalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Estevon having to interfere. If Herminio Lalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jose Ruy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Flavio Aurken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cambaceres's Dario Laurentzi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 75th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A collision led to Cambaceres getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Placido Luzea hit a great ball. Pinamar's Hector Estevon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Lalla in the 82nd minute of play. Flavio Aurken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Ruy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, Virgilio Panpili was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pinamar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cambaceres the free kick. Virgilio Panpili kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Herminio Lalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hector Estevon was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Cambaceres's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
