When Fulgencio Quinto came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Deportivo Alto Fútbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulgencio Quinto couldn't finish the play. Deportivo Santa Monica's Jonatan Crescencio got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 5 played minutes Deportivo Santa Monica got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Hanni. Arthur Vogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severo Quintan kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Deportivo Alto Fútbol booed when Deportivo Santa Monica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Ugaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmacio Medina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Foro, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Jonatan Crescencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th match minute, Deportivo Santa Monica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Hanni to maneuver through the defense. Luis Foro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Dalmacio Medina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jonatan Crescencio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sixto Seme was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Arthur Vogel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fulgencio Quinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Medina having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 57thth minute of the game Jonatan Crescencio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Alto Fútbol's Sixto Seme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonatan Crescencio took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sixto Seme. Sixto Seme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 69 minutes into the game, Florencio Illan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Santa Monica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Alto Fútbol the free kick. In the 70th minute, Florencio Illan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonatan Crescencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deportivo Alto Fútbol's Sixto Seme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Ugaitz in the 73rd minute of play. After 78 played minutes Deportivo Santa Monica got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Illan. Dalmacio Medina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Foro in the 80th minute of the match. Candido Berenguer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Seme having to interfere. When Feliberto Karmel fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Santa Monica's protests and gave Feliberto Karmel a yellow card for diving instead. Feliberto Karmel hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Arthur Vogel sped through Deportivo Santa Monica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dalmacio Medina. In the 95th minute, Jonatan Crescencio made a precise shot to the right of Sixto Seme. Deportivo Alto Fútbol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1.
