Venancio Neron was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Hilario Valerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Rudolph in the 13th minute of play. After 19 minutes of play, Tierra Fertil's Cecilio Hug made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Venancio Neron was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hilario Valerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Menendo in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Tierra Fertil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolek Rutkowski to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Neron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Hug, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 36th match minute, Tierra Fertil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Ramone to maneuver through the defense. Hilario Valerio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alonzo Cerilo. In the 39th minute Florentino Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Neron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hilario Valerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Marcones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hilario Valerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Quintyn in the 48th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cecilio Hug to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Rio Galaxy's Venancio Neron got control of the ball when Fabricio Lugo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rio Galaxy's Venancio Neron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Rio Galaxy from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, Jacobo Marcones had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hilario Valerio. Justino Ourente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Valerio having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Hug in the 66th minute of play forced Rio Galaxy's goalkeeper Venancio Neron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Marcones in the 68th minute of play forced Tierra Fertil's goalkeeper Hilario Valerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Astor Menendo took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hilario Valerio. Hilario Valerio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. John Rudolph received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Hilario Valerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute Francisco Weterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Neron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
