That made the score 3-0 in the 18 minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Zarlanga's Osvaldo Laffitte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remigio Belarmo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Justo Iigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Atletico Platense's Remigio Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Laffitte in the 27th minute of play. Remigio Belarmo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albino Remir in the 34th minute. Albino Remir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Remigio Belarmo made a huge save. After 37 minutes, Justo Iigo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atletico Platense and the Zarlanga players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Club Atletico Platense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Iigo to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Osvaldo Laffitte made a precise shot to the right of Remigio Belarmo. Club Atletico Platense's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Remigio Belarmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Laurin in the 73rd minute of play. Osvaldo Laffitte took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remigio Belarmo. Remigio Belarmo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. In the 77th minute Joel Erramu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Belarmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Zarlanga booed when Club Atletico Platense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Iigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Belarmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Remir in the 81st minute of the match. Remigio Belarmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Remir, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 95th minute, Albino Remir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remigio Belarmo was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. 99 minutes into the match, Ivan Lucian notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Club Atletico Platense's Remigio Belarmo. Remigio Belarmo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Zarlanga were the better team. Zarlanga's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
