Arturo Cordarin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Candido Quinteros's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Candido Quinteros recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arturo Cordarin. In the 26th minute, Candido Quinteros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remigio Belarmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Galsino, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Club Atletico Platense's Remigio Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Abarca in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Platense's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Gilen came free, but Remigio Belarmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute Angelo Millan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Belarmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The wind increased when Candido Quinteros made the kick off in the second half. Horacio Galsino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Remigio Belarmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Candido Quinteros in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arturo Cordarin saved Deportivo Norte from getting behind. Club Atletico Platense's Remigio Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Gilen in the 58th minute of play.
