Tomás Lico's late challenge caught a Dorila's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Patria Argentina fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Patria Argentina's Domingo Arnalt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Domingo Arnalt scored 3-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Faustino Restu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Patria Argentina made a substitution. Esteban Guillelmus replaced Domingo Arnalt. There was no doubt that Patria Argentina were the better team. Patria Argentina's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
