Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paulo Niva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Edgard Rexino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Niva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Rexino in the 14th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Vinland's zone, Robustiano Sauveur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Niva came out of the goal and Robustiano Sauveur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Atlético Vinland's Celestino Vistruario got a free kick in the 20th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgard Rexino in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Niva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th minute, Edgard Rexino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo Niva was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Edgard Rexino hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Cirilo Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Vinland's goalkeeper Paulo Niva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Atlético Vinland's Paulo Niva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Vinland from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomás Brion to make the kick off. Edgard Rexino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Niva having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgard Rexino in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Niva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57thth minute of the game Edgard Rexino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Vinland's Paulo Niva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edgard Rexino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Paulo Niva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Niva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Rexino's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute, Atlético Vinland's Tomás Brion dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Paulo Niva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Rexino in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th match minute, Atlético Vinland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Vistruario to maneuver through the defense. Atlético Vinland's Paulo Niva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Rexino in the 84th minute of play. Robustiano Sauveur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Niva having to make a save. 92 minutes into the match, Atlético Vinland's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Sauveur came free, but Paulo Niva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Tomás Brion fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eloy Liberto, passed just outside the right post. Cirilo Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Liberto having to interfere.
