Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Manuel Gombal kicked off to start the match. If Teofilo Quin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Gombal in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rexino Salva saved PUNTA ALTA WARRIORS from getting behind. After a rather tough play, PUNTA ALTA WARRIORS's Oscar Benino got a free kick in the 9th minute. A collision led to S de Chivilcoy getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Arnaldo Silveira hit a great ball. Eduardo Sergi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rexino Salva firmly grabbed it by the left post. Arnaldo Silveira struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Rexino Salva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S de Chivilcoy. Eduardo Sergi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Rexino Salva made a huge save. Rexino Salva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, S de Chivilcoy's Eduardo Sergi got a free kick in the 28th minute. Manuel Gombal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rexino Salva having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Manuel Gombal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rexino Salva, 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Manuel Gombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Venancio Merexildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rexino Salva having to interfere. Rexino Salva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Eduardo Sergi took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rexino Salva. Rexino Salva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 74 minutes into the match, Manuel Gombal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rexino Salva. PUNTA ALTA WARRIORS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Gombal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. S de Chivilcoy's Eduardo Sergi got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Manuel Gombal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnaldo Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rexino Salva having to interfere. Manuel Gombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 88 minutes, Arnaldo Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S de Chivilcoy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Silveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Silveira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Rexino Salva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Arnaldo Silveira came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the S de Chivilcoy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Silveira couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that S de Chivilcoy were the better team. S de Chivilcoy's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
